- EDRMS Implementation working in the Change Management team on the project to implement EDRMS to 3,500 users at a large central government Agency. With responsibility for the Business Analysis, defining the configuration of the EDRMS software to meet the needs of the Agency. This included specifying the implementation of the fileplan including access controls and retention schedules, specifying metadata associated with record types, identifying roles and specifying system parameters. Assisting the model office team in defining their folder structure within the Agency's business classification scheme. Also advised the Agency's staff on the implementation of backup and disaster recovery, reviewed acceptance test plans and provided guidance on records management functionality.
