Intellectual Information Architecture

  • The need for tools to develop a corporate records
    management infrastructure
  • A conundrum in records management is that there is any many organisations not a very clear understanding at board level of the business drivers for corporate records management.
  • This results in many organisations making a commitment to manage records properly but not knowing how to do it to meet the corporate business drivers.

Selection

  • The Forms Engine project. The aim of this project was to provide general service for customers to complete forms on-line, submit them electronically and to process their payment electronically. The project delivered an enabling mechanism which allowed individual claimants, companies, practitioners (solicitors), local authorities, housing associations, and agencies acting on behalf of individuals such as Citizen Advice Bureaus (CABs) - to interact electronically
  • Developed the requirement specification for a Knowledge Management/EDMS system and managed the evaluation of proposals and selection of the supplier

Publishing Tenders and Evaluation & Selection

Our consultants have wide experience in preparing tenders and assessing responses and also many years of experience as both members of supplier and end user project teams. We have developed standard templates and models to assist in both producing the tender and the evaluation process. We are also familiar with the procurement requirements for the public sector using the OJEC, G-CAT and Catalist routes.
