Legal Admissibility, e-commerce regulations and Security Audits
We provide specialist services in e-business practice. These include:
  • An audit of EDMS systems to determine if they conform to BSI PD0008 Code of Practice for legal admissibility of documents held electronically
  • Developing e-mail management policies and procedures
  • Audit of EDMS systems in relation to BSI 7799 code of practice and specification for information security management systems
  • Audit to determine if organisations conform to the EU e-commerce Directive 21/8/2002
