- The project entailed the development of a formal Information Management and EDRM Strategy embracing document, records and content management for a further and higher educations institute: The institute needed a more efficient and integrated information management strategy to support the development of their mission statement and improve their internal operations. In-Form helped develop the strategy and assessed their current operational management of filing, both electronically and paper together with the core business processes. This then led to the development of a business case for deploying EDRMS and Statement of Requirements for the procurement of a solution.
