Project Profiles

In-Form has over the years provided consultancy in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from developing the strategy, capturing the business and function requirement, implementing the solution, through to providing ongoing support. Examples of the type of project undertaken are:

MoReq Workshop

Applying MoReq to developing and implementing a corporate electronic Records and Information System

Introduction This workshop has been developed to assist organisations in the development and implementation of a corporate Electronic Document and Records Management System. Introducing an Electronic Records Management strategy cannot be developed in isolation to an organisation's e-business or e-government strategy. These bring about a fundamental change in working practices with the introduction of Web based, document and workflow technologies, new channels of communication with citizens or customers. Electronic records management pays a vital role in supporting this change. This workshop provides a set of guidelines on how to use MoReq and ISO 15489 to assist in developing an organisation's Electronic Records management strategy to support and enhance your e-business strategy.

Document Management & Workflow Workshop

Introduction The sessions will be structured around presentations followed by discussion with demonstrations interleaved where appropriate. Programme Outline The sessions will review the developments in the key "Enabling Technologies" of Document Management/Workflow/Imaging/ERP and provide a review of the types of systems that would closely identify with your business applications. They will also cover how to identify and set out some of the business benefits that are obtained by the implementation of Document Management systems.
