Richard Jeffrey-Cook - Director of Operations

Richard Jeffrey-Cook is an experienced project manager and designer of Information Management systems.

Richard joined In-Form from Triad Group plc where he was responsible for leading both public and private sector projects. His extensive project experience includes design and implementation of electronic document and record management systems, integration of call centres with document and database management systems and the implementation of BS7799 information security systems. Richard has designed and implemented web-based systems and has extensive experience of integrating systems using middleware and component architectures.
