- Preparing a training course on Information Compliance covering Information Security, the Freedom of Information Act and Data Protection Act for one of th largest Police forces in the UK.

- Developed and presented a four day seminar in Dubai covering, Electronic Document Management, Improving Business Processes through Workflow Management, Developing a coherent e-business & electronic document management strategy and Implementing Electronic Document Management Systems. This has been presented for the last three years
