IFC, as part of their development plans, now has a requirement for an experienced Senior IM/RM Consultant to join their small team of consultants. IFC provides a range of services to their clients both in the public and private sector which include: developing information management strategies, design and implementation of fileplans, project management of Enterprise Content and Records Management systems, implementating and supporting business process change projects. Clients include multi-nationals, large public bodies, local authorities and medium sized enterprises.
IFC, as part of their development plans, now has a requirement for an experienced Senior IM/RM Consultant to join their small team of consultants.
The role will involve providing services to our clients and could include:
* reviewing information management practices and recommending improvements;
* undertaking file audits, process analysis and developing fileplans;
* developing and supporting business process change programmes;
* managing EDRM implementations.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience of implementing document and records management systems;
* A degree or equivalent qualification;
* Demonstrable understanding of the exploitation of IM/RM in a business context including when
* * conducting interviews,
* * using business process analysis skills,
* * justifying and obtaining buy-in to process change;
* Good report and proposal writing skills and ability to express ideas clearly on paper;
* Strong communication and presentation skills including experience in leading work group sessions;
* Specialist skills and knowledge in related areas such as information security, legal admissibility, compliance, workflow or CRM would also be of value.
The candidate must be flexible about working location as IFC services clients across the UK.
The post will include a competitive salary and benefits, related to experience with twenty-five days annual leave.
