In-Form Consultancy Methodology (IFCM)

All In-Form projects are managed using the In-Form Consultancy Methodology.

This establishes a clear set of guidelines for In-Form consultants to apply at all stages of a project, whether a high level assignment to establish a strategic business case or in-depth project management throughout implementation.

IFCM is founded upon sound principles used in In-Form projects over many years, and provides a pragmatic solution for effective, reliable and systematic service delivery. It has been designed to be compliant with PRINCE2 and other project management approaches, and also to be compliant with ISO 9000 principles. It applies best practices in areas such as cost benefit analysis (the Treasury Green Book) and in project implementation (OGC Managing Successful Programmes).
