Business Process Review

We have developed a series of modules from the diverse range of projects undertaken which is used in the initial work with the client project team and individual business unit analysis.

The programme includes end user workshops, semi structured user interviews, methods and forms for collecting and analysing metrics/volumes, and use of a comparator tool to assess level of business benefit for each business area.
