Implementing an EDRMS
Many organisations have had limited success in introducing a corporate Electronic Document and Record Management System (EDRMS). IFC has recently helped an organisation move from a project that was deemed a failure to obtaining 100% take-up of their 700 user system. This paper describes what must be put in place to achieve such success.
